Jetstar has always taken care of me.

We had an issue with gurgling in our main floor dishwasher when the water in the basement (shower, clothes washer, etc.) was running. When I called Jetstar, they gave me a quote for a base rate for jetting all the pipes and said they would send someone out, but there was a miscommunication on the time. Meanwhile (because I like to have at least 2 or 3 quotes on any job), I called another company to get a quote. They were able to send someone right away, and he was just finishing his overview of the situation when the Jetstar tech showed up. Sam, with Jetstar, was a little upset when he learned that we had called someone else, because they had arranged their schedule for his employee to come to our place, but when I explained that I was looking for at least two comparison quotes, Sam was very understanding. I initially called Jetstar because they were one of the few companies with NO negative reviews. And when I initially spoke with Sam, and he explained the jetting process (versus augers), I appreciated his explanation. I also appreciated his understanding of the situation when his employee arrived. We left it with the agreement that if we weren't satisfied with the quote or the work of the other company, we would call Jetstar again. I gave 4 rather than 5 stars because when the Jetstar employee arrived (and I thought maybe the employees from the two companies could discuss what they thought was the problem and then we'd go with one of them...why not? but that's not the way they work), I looked at his dirty boots and asked if he had booties to put over them. He did not. And that is actually often a deal-killer for us. In the end, we went with the other company, even though their price was probably higher—and they didn't jet any pipes. But their tech diagnosed a likely vent issue and repaired that—and in the process discovered an issue that could have been a HUGE problem if jetting had been done without discovering the hidden issue. And our dishwasher isn't gurgling. So we're good for now. But we'll keep Jetstar in mind in the future...and hopefully all employees have booties to wear.

The experience began before the appointment with everyone on the team working with me and the property management of my townhouse to get the necessary paperwork in order, all with a smile and a great attitude. Then the day of jetting the pipes, they texted before heading over, explained their process and steps, showed me the gunk that was cleaned out, and then cleaned up everything as it was before. Overall excellent experience. Would recommend and if needed, would call again.

Jet Star did great work. They are fast, and efficient and no baby sitting needs to be done. We had them jet multiple large multi family properties and the pipes looked great after. Would definitely recommend them.

Had a backed up sewer and although someone else made it out to clean it first, they came out afterwards and gave me a free consultation on how to proceed with fixing it and what the bigger problem may be. Did not try to sell me any services, just some great advice and help when I needed it. Will use them again when I'm in a jam.

Fast, affordable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Sam was able to come the very next day to take care of some roots growing in my main waste pipe, and he even sat out in the drizzling rain to make sure the job was done and that it was done right.

I have had a funny smell in my bathroom for years that I have tried everything to get rid of. Jet Star cleared out my drain and the smell went completely away!! It has been wonderful to have my drain working properly and smelling fresh!

We had a bad clog with our business' main sewer line. We had 2 of the other "big" plumbing outfits come and couldn't clear the line. Both recommended hydro-jetting, and would have cost me around a thousand dollars! Sam at Jet Star did the hydro-jetting and a camera check of the line at a fraction of the cost of the others guys. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and super fast at getting out to us. I was very impressed, and would recommend them to anyone.
