Who we are

Jetstar Plumbing and Drains, referred to here as Jetstar Plumbing and Drains, is a drain, sewer, and plumbing contractor based in Pleasant Grove, UT, serving Utah County & Salt Lake County. You can reach us at (801) 400-4008 or sam@jetstarclean.com.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and to run the site:

• Information you submit. When you use a request form on this site, we collect the name, phone number, city or address, and service selection you enter. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
• Service records. If we perform work for you, we keep ordinary business records of the job — the property serviced, the work done, and billing details.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting and analytics providers may log standard information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you view, in order to keep the site working and to understand traffic in aggregate.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not ask for sensitive categories of personal information on this site.

How we use it

Information submitted through this site is used to:

• contact you about the service you requested;
• schedule, perform, and invoice plumbing work;
• keep records of past service at a property;
• maintain and improve the website.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use the information you submit here to send marketing text messages.

How form submissions are handled

Request forms on this site are delivered to us by email. They are not a monitored emergency channel — if you have an active backup, leak, or overflow, call (801) 400-4008 instead of submitting a form.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — our website host, our email delivery provider, and, if applicable, analytics and call-tracking providers — and only so they can perform those functions for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

This site may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and for aggregate traffic measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” signal — because there is no common standard for honoring it, we do not respond to it differently at this time.
